If you had a clue, you would know that MIDI 2.0 natively supports the Bi-Directional handshake between devices, controllers, computers, and applications
That handshake allows everything to talk to each other, and automatically exchange information about their capabilities. This includes the newer highly expanded, higher resolution CCs and allows the plugins and controller to auto configure each other
