I’d imagine even just moving the mics slightly for different tracks (keeping everything else the same) or using slightly different IRs (if you’re not recording real cabs) would probably help a lot.

Basically the way the mic is positioned relative to the cabinet puts some notches into the frequency response, at higher frequencies these will be pretty sensitive to the exact placement (so you might be able to get some variation even without changing the overall tone much) and the brain really like…
