Insert time slight annoyance (in: Bitwig)

Hi,
is there a way to “insert silence” on all tracks at once? When I select time with time selection tool in the upper ruler, it selects all the tracks, but global tracks are not included. So whenever there is subsequent time signature or tempo change it gets messed up. Then I need to select the same selection again in global tracks and insert time again. Is there a way to select time on all tracks including global tracks?
