I agree 100% with all this. I haven’t had the problem the OP mentioned, and I have several CA products. I’ve also had no issues with their support team. I can’t remember a time their updater hadn’t already updated the plug-in before I could get to their site to see what the update notes were. (Though I still wish the update notes were in the app so we could immediately see what had been changed.) And their support team is usually very quick to respond, and open to suggestions.
