NRPN bug (in: Roger Linn Design)

Hi Kite,

Changing the code to `if`, `else if` with the `break` outside looks like the right thing to do for sure, we’ll put that in a future firmware update. The fall through into CC 98 would otherwise be unintentional. I’m trying to reproduce your problem, but since I made that change to the firmware, I always get a response to NRPN 299 even when sending a series at once. I’m using my `sendmidi` tool to easily do this from the command line and don’t use anything to slow the messages down.
