2014: The linnstrument comes out! Hooray!
2017: For some bizarre reason, new linnstruments now have pentalobe screws.
2020: No more screws, new linnstruments now have the playing surface glued on. Replacing it takes an hour and involves using industrial solvent. If you don’t want to do all that, Roger can replace it for you. It takes two weeks and costs $300.
2022: Exciting new firmware comes out, but it won’t run on older linnstruments.
2025: The speedbumpy surface comes out! Hooray!
