visual studio code – Add upload arrow (button) in upper right corner

Using VS Code (v1.107.1 on Linux Mint 22), in the upper right corner, I have a build check-mark with a drop-down arrow where I can select “Build”, “Upload”, “Test”, and “Clean”.

Rather than using the drop-down to pick upload, is there any way I can add another button next to the “Build” checkmark?

I have installed PlatformIO, and at the bottom I note there is a second check mark for building, and separate arrow next to it for upload (“Clean” and “Test” are also there).

I’d just like to have an “Upload” button on top.
