The three amp mode is basically a somewhat limited preset with non-adjustable signal routing and tone stack values. It’s not the same as running the three amps individually on three separate channels on your DAW and blending them. So you can’t pick which pedals go to which amps, the pedals are running into this “virtual combo amp+mic” setup.
