Please Help Fix: Note Triggers while sliding Pitch Bend – Roger Linn Design Forum

I just bought a new Linnstrument, and Roger is less available over the holidays… so I am hoping someone has experienced this and can advise me in the meantime.

2 adjacent rows on my linnstrument will trigger new notes during a pitch-slide across one specific column. It’s consistently repeatable in these 2 adjacent note locations across all my MPE sounds. I cannot repeat this issue anywhere else on my Linnstrument.

It’s happening on rows 2 and 3 (from the top) below a screw (over the Lseq1 label) on the full size linnstrument. It happens on all 3 velocity settings, but it is more frequent on some than others.

Does this require loosening of the nearest screw, recalibration, a hardware flaw from the factory, or something else?
