You use Cubase right? Maybe try in another DAW or the .exe (NanoHost). Or just re-install but be sure to delete everything left behind first.

Also, all Tone2 vst3 plugins are just simple wrapper for the vst2. That’s why the vst2 install is necessary, you can’t skip it. Reading some of your other posts it seems you have problems with Cubase and vst2. That’s why I suggest you try in another host, at least for the initial registration.
