Here’s a multi-rack drum kit in Kontakt7:

You go into edit (spanner) mode, pop out the mapping editor. If you’ve got velocity layers and CC4 layers it’s good fun.

There, you’ll see Edit->Move to new group or Edit->Move to existing group.
