That’s certainly true, however I think for many users (myself included) if you already have the M1 and the Triton plugins you feel you already have the late 1980s to late 1990s Korg Rompler sounds covered well enough especially as the M1 Plugin uses higher fidelity samples than the hardware did.

Are there sonic differences between the PCM Rompler sounds of M1, Trinity, and Triton? Sure but not enough for many people to care in modern audio production
