I can’t download Microsoft package even though I have Microsoft account

Can you tell which product you’re trying to get, like Microsoft 365 or Office?

If you’re using a Microsoft account, go to account.microsoft.com/services sign in, and select “Install Office.” If the download does not start, clear your browser cache and make sure downloads are allowed. Microsoft supports downloads only from its official site.
