How to Install OpenCore to USB EFI?

Last CustoMac install was Catalina/Clover. Total OpenCore newb. Have created a Sequoia Installer USB, but not sure about how actually to install OpenCore to the USB’s EFI. Is there an app, or do I simply drag-n-drop? I’ve downloaded and unzipped the OpenCore-1.0.5-RELEASE.zip file from github to my existing hackintosh’s desktop, but I’m not sure how to get OpenCore itself onto the USB’s EFI partition. All the videos and directions I’ve seen perform the OpenCore install to the stick using a Windows PC. Am I SOL if I don’t have one? I have Ubuntu on my laptop, but I’ve yet to find directions for how to install OpenCore using a Linux machine. Can anyone throw me a bone about how to get the OpenCore 1.0.5 package from my existing hackintosh’s desktop onto the the USB’s EFI?
