Playing around with the mod page, it looks like it’s mainly the interaction between
the 1st mod – Env.1 to Freq., the 4th mod – Track 2 – Freq.,
the Filter mode – 2 Notch + 1Low, and having the Resonance maxed out.
Play around with those parameters and you’ll get lots of variations on what you’re hearing.

You can also lose the effect if you turn the Freq. knob up too much.
For extra added weirdness, click on the sync button and play around with (or add a mod to) both oscillator’s frequencies….
