Anyone else move to Bitwig from Reaper? (in: Bitwig)

I’ve never had midi notes issues like you have had in Bitwig. Maybe your midi interface is having an issue.

The external clock I can’t help you, but yes a pain not to record in raw by default. I think this is due to the looping nature of Bitwig so you can record and use audio in clips immediately with tempo changing possible. It should have an option to set this as a default, or for a given project though.

I would contact Bitwig support about both of these.
