Yes, they just need a better communication with their user base and with external manufacturers. This is just basic, simple product and company management.
If they would do this this at RS finally they soon would realize that their userbase needs at first THE BASIC features (track folders, markers, colors, loopers, live stuff and so on*).
How hard can it be?
