I liked using it, but it couldn’t handle some of the project sizes I need to load.

I often need to load live multitrack recordings from shows, to chop down and mix. These can be up to 32 channels of audio, and 3 hours long. This means each audio file is upwards of 1GB. Multiply that by 32 tracks.
Mixcraft just couldn’t handle that, and responded with lagging, stuttering and crashes. Reaper and Studio One don’t bat an eye when loading these projects.
