There is nothing wrong with the installer. I checked it twice now.
You got a duplicate/messed up installation of two different versions. The standalone you are using is still from an old version. You only updated the vst2 plugin, but not the standalone (GladiatorX64.exe =standalone version wrapper).

Solution:
1) Go to your installation directory and delete the old GladiatorX64.exe (=standalone version wrapper)
2) Run the full version installer of Gladiator 4.1 As installation type select ‘Full…
