  • Configure Static IP for SFTP partner access.

  • Enable GA4/Firebase native export into BigQuery.

  • Implement Partner SFTP ingestion GCS BigQuery pipelines.

  • Develop DBT models for initial KPIs (active users, deposits, offers, conversions).
