New free plug-in: Filter4Tongue (multi-filter-formant and more) installer updated (in: Effects)

Both download options are ready now: download either the Windows installer or the zip with the files to install manually the plugins.

Manual installation goes like this:
After opening the plugin in your DAW save a new preset, just save one to create the relative directory.
# Relaunch the plugin to create the preset directory.

Then click on the preset bar, then click “reveal folder”,
copy there into the “Filter4Tongue” the XML Presets files from the zip.
