Cannot fetch or pull from remote git repository on Azure DevOps.

I have a GIT repository hosted on Azure DevOps. For a number of years, I was able to do all of the normal git operations using Visual Studio 2022. All of a sudden, since about a moth ago, I get this error:

Error encountered while fetching: Failed to fetch from the remote repository. Unable to access [url]: Recv failure. Connection was reset.

I get the same error when I try to push commits or pull or when I try to clone a repository. The URL I am using is correct. The error message above is the error message in the output window. I have updated GIT
