apache kafka – How To Remove Kafkajs Producer Event listeners

In a Nestjs app, I’m using Kafkajs Producer (this version 2.2.4) to push messages to kafka, my consumer is configured elsewhere (logstash). I’m adding event listeners to this Producer instance, but can’t find a removedEventListener method to removed all the attached event listeners or remove them by their names !

Example of events I’m attaching to the producer:

this.producer.on('producer.connect', someFnHandller() );
this.producer.on('producer.disconnect', anotherFnHandller());

My question: How can I remove event listeners from kafkajs producers ?
