Raspberry Pi, Paper MC Compatibility via Plugin version of DH and Chunky

I have done quite a bit of research on DH and paper mc and I was excited to learn about the plugin functionality of the server. I’ve learned that chunky isn’t ideal for co generation with DH, but my minecraft world that I have running was previously generated several months ago by chunky. I don’t have it updating new chunks of the world frequently so I was wondering if I would still get the swiss cheese effect on a world that was previously generated by chunky if I were to generate the lods using the plugin within the same bounds as my chunky world. In the future I’d obviously use DH to generate everything, but as of right now, I do have a current pre-generated world.
