A recent resource health event indicates that the SQL database is currently unavailable. The Azure monitoring system documented this event on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 12:24:35 AM EDT.

The message received states:

We’re sorry your SQL database is unavailable at this time. Currently, Azure shows the downtime for your SQL database resource at a two-minute granularity. The actual downtime is likely less than a minute – average is 2s. If we are able to find the reason for unavailability, it will appear here within an hour after the downtime event.
