Repeated notes (in: Roger Linn Design)

I’m trying to play the following line on a LinnStrument using Pianoteq Guitar. I’m having problems keeping the tempo for the triplets – indicated by the red square boxes. Within each triplet the same note is repeated. I can maintain the speed if the notes within a triplet are different, but things slow down when the same note is repeated. Any suggestions on playing technique or practice ideas to get the repeated notes at a higher speed?
