Muse-sounds Broken | MuseScore

When I load into a score after the new update, all the instruments are reverted to MS Basic. I own all the free muse-sounds and have uninstalled and reinstalled them, routed them to new folders, anything I can think of and they don’t appear in MS4. When I try to set the location of the files to “default” in Musehub, the program proceeds to crash – or white out with a “program not responding” window after a minute.

When going to view > playback setup in MS4, muse-sounds appears and is grayed out with a check mark next to it – I cannot click on it, even if I choose MS Basic then go back into the window.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programs, reset them to factory, and still the muse-sounds I downloaded do not appear in the mixer. Is this a “wait on it” issue that I have to wait months for the MS team to address, or are there any reasonable ways to fix this issue?
