Hi,
Can anyone help here please…
I have tried to close my Tunecore account before they direct debit me for another month.
There’s no option to close my account in settings and it’s requested to contact support to close accounts.
Their email [email protected] does not take any new questions, so to submit requests like this (which apparently is how it’s done now) is through the chat bot/virtual, agent but it goes in circles giving and asking the same series of questions and end up back at the…
