Yes, everything is scanned. Plugins not known in KSM are shown on a tab called ‘Not found’, and of course, in the list of all installed plugins. The version information is obtained from the plugins. This is used to compare against the version numbers in the KSM database.
But why not just try it? During the time you typed your post, all plugins could have been scanned.
Exporting would be nice, but it’s not a feature available.
There is a compare option to compare two computers.
