How to achieve PWM on an MFO? (in: MuTools)

Mmm, my usual approach would be knock something simple up: connect an LFO to the MFO wave index with a square wave source and a PWM transform with a four step block wave, then adjust the Wave Index and see what happens… Whilst adjusting the UI knob changes the displayed wave form, the LFO alone apparently has no effect… However, sticking an oscilloscope on the audio output and then changing the LFO frequency shows it’s definitely having an effect.
