Certain multiparameter behaviour puzzling me. (in: MeldaProduction)

Thanks for the heads up but unfortunately not, that is unchecked for purpose in able to achieve step 3 / “MP3 ON Turn OFF MP1, leave MP2 as-is” Basically what need is to make MP3 switch to send command only when MP3 from ON to OFF and not backwards (from OFF to ON) I am noob with the expressions hut might they could help?

I used v14 till recently and if i recall well i managed to make described behaviour but in new 17 not. I will test it out later today.
