I received answer from Artesia support (short version – no): – “The XJam MIDI Pad Controller is designed primarily to send MIDI data to your software—it does not support receiving MIDI messages to trigger or control the pad lights. In other words, it cannot receive MIDI feedback from Ableton Live or any other DAW to light up or keep pads lit in response to MIDI signals.
The pad LEDs respond only to internal actions on the controller itself and are not MIDI addressable from external sources.”
