An easy way to submit plugin versions that have issues. (in: KVR Studio Manager)

So many plugins are liars that I would like to have a “liar” flag in Studio Manager. It’s pretty obvious that updating whichever variable in the plugin code is responsible for the version number is a very low priority for developers. I’m a bit tired of downloading plugins that don’t actually need to be updated. At this point my “KvR Newer” list is primarily full of plugins that incorrectly report their version number. It’s hard to know when something actually does need to be updated.
