Visual Studio 2022 cannot update

I am using Visual Studio 2022 Professional 17.4.2 and I am trying to download the latest version. I am using Windows 11. Installer version is 3.5.2145.59678. The installer hangs and does not download anything. Here is what I tried:

  1. Right click installer and run as admin.
  2. Download installer from Visual Studio’s website.
  3. To the hosts file I added 23.77.21.104 aka.ms (learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1045660/visual-studio-downloader-does-not-download-anythin)
  4. Disabled firewall and anti-virus

Is there a log, so I can further troubleshoot? I don’t see any logs in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer folder.
