MIDI CC limitation / bug / crash (in: MuTools)

Although I cancelled it, it doesn’t recover.
To reproduce:
Set a hardware instrument knob to CC115 or above.
Open a VST and select either the Map MIDI Control from MuLab VST window or use the VST’s built in MIDI Learn function.
Turn the control you set to CC115 on your hardware.
It doesn’t register.

If you use the Map MIDI Control function in MuLab, no response from that controller. But If you use the Sylenth MIDI Learn function MuLab crashes.
