autodesk forge – Why am I still getting a 429 “Maximum number of requests” error after creating a new APS application?

I’m using the Autodesk Data Connector API to fetch data from Autodesk ACC. However, I keep encountering a 429 error with the message:

“Maximum number of requests for today has been reached for this user.”

According to the documentation, the rate limit is per application, specified by the Client ID, and capped at 60 requests per day.

To resolve the issue, I created a new Autodesk application and updated my custom integration to use the new Client ID, completely removing the old application. Despite this, the error persists.

What could be causing this issue? Is there something I’m missing about the rate limit or the application setup? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
