I’ve been using TH-U for years without issue, but I’ve been locked out of TH-U Premium v2 since it launched. The website says “Too many de-authorizations”, and so does the software, while simultaneously showing me that it’s actually already licensed. emails and tweets both go unanswered. I’m considering filing an official complaint. I’m in the US. A bit of digging tells me that these are our options:
