Convert midi Pitch to Midi CC or modulation source (inside drum machine) (in: Bitwig)

Thanks for that pointer. I wanted something somewhat related, i.e., controlling the volume of other channels through a midi controller channel by pressing keys. The ideas here helped me to solve this (though it’s possibly too complicated).
