FR: Dragging Panel heights (in: CWITEC)

If I have the Region Editor panes as in the first image and wish to increase the height of the Key Mapper, I can only drag its edge down a little (until the Region List shrinks down to 2 rows), as in the second image. It would be much better if I could drag the Key Mapper edge down until the two panes fill the available space (as in the third image).

This may well apply elsewhere too.
