Mosfet Gate Charge Waveform Capacitances
From t3 until t4 what capacitance is charge?
Is it charged the Cgs capacitance again from the point where is stopped at t2 point of time?
Answer: Yes, it is Cgs that is being charged between T3 & T4.
Cgd is a significantly smaller capacitance than Cgs, but why have bigger value of charge (Qgd=32nC & Qgs=11nC). Do you know why?
Back to the basic equation relating charge (Q), change of voltage (ΔV), and capacitance (C):
C = Q / ΔV ==> Q = C.ΔV.
Charge Q can be large if C is small when change of voltage is large. This commonly happens for MOSFET, since drain voltage is often many times larger than gate voltage.
The MOSFET datasheet will tell you the voltages for both gate and drain. Pages 9 and 10 of the reference link you provided gave a very good explanation to your questions.
For future reference, look up “Miller Effect”.
