And those 100+ requests, only get looked at if people are providing proper information along with crash dumps so the devs can look into it. Half the posts there complaining about this and that, never even bother opening support tickets, they think that forum is an ‘official’ support forum and get mad when Steinberg reps don’t show up. We’re lucky, occasionally the devs get some time to come play around and will chime in, but that board is for user support, it’s not the official support channel.
