Error recieved when trying to open OBS Studio

I keep getting an error: “Failed to create audio streaming encoder (simple output)” after trying to open OBS Studio.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS, downloaded a later version, and restarted my computer. I’m unsure how to view my logs if they are needed. This is my first time downloading OBS, and it might be a GPU issue? My GPU driver (thingy? I’m not tech-savvy) has been acting up a little lately. I have taken it upon myself to look up the same error on the internet, but no luck. All I find is a similar-looking error, but it isn’t the same.
