Stuck notes with Arturia Keystep

Just wondering if someone else stumbled upon this: I am using an Arturia Keystep connected to the Oxi via USB, and the Oxi connected to a Digitakt II via 5 Pin MIDI. I have MIDI USB Thru set to On to control different tracks on the Digitakt independently of what the sequencers are playing, but I’m getting lots of stuck MIDI notes using this setup. When this happens I have to press the stuck note again on the Keystep to release it.

I’ve contacted Arturia’s support and they said they don’t have any other reports of issues pertaining to the Oxi One specifically. Has anyone else experienced this?
