If you are talking about routing MIDI information from 3rd party products like VST or AU plugins – the answer is you can not do that. REs (Rack Extensions) are simply added to the device. There are various CV tools that can expand that but they only apply to REs and inbuilt Reason devices.

So TLDR – if that is what you are after, routing MIDI out from plugins to Reason devices – no.

That is one of the most requested features as far as I remember. People asking for this for at least 6 years.
