Diva custom theme persistent? (in: u-he)

If the custom theme is done right, and I guess these days they should be, you can make the theme persistent by setting the preference using the cogwheel at the top right of Diva’s UI, go to preferences and set the theme there.

If this does not take, maybe the preferences file is not writable due to missing file permissions. In that case, simply run Diva’s installer again.
