What is max wattage each speaker in a cabinet can take and sound good – a little research… (in: Guitars)

10 years ago I had a 1×12 Marshall cabinet, 100W, and it sounded bad even with a 15W amp it start loosing it real early.

Looking at the size of the magnet and thereby coil and compare to normal greenbacks 30W Celestion, it was tiny I felt.

I had a Fender combo with a Jensen and magnet was huge compared to this 100W above. Sounded really good.
