Autodesk Construction Cloud API – issue-root-cause-categories not returning Root Causes

Background

When doing a GET request with Postman to Autodesk APS ACC API endpoint issue-root-cause-categories HERE
with the include=rootcauses query Parameter the endpoint is not returning the individual Root Causes as described by Autodesk in their Documentation.

Tried:

1. Running request without query param and returned root-cause-categories as expected.

2. Added in the Query Param include=rootcauses and it did not return the rootCauses for the categories as detailed in the API Reference aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/acc/v1/reference/http/issues-issue-root-cause-categories-GET/#body-structure-200

3. Tried multiple projects and variations on spelling of Query Params without any change in response.
