azure data factory activity copy with query SOQL llike multiple

I have a pipeline data factory that copy data from salesforce with SOQL query.

this pipeline is receiving a parameter at the execution

B = 'Bryan', 'Jill', 'Anne'

I want to generate a query SOQL and not bring field NAME that contains one of the values in parameter B.

the query should be like that :

select name from customer where  (NOT name LIKE '%Bryan%') and (NOT name LIKE '%Jill%') and (NOT name  LIKE '%Anne%')

But the problem is that the parameter B it can receive more values, then i am looking to see how to generate the WHERE part dynamically or if you can advice a better approch

I tried with like, IN, i dont find NOTCONTAIN
