It seems that importing multi-velocity sample sets in SM3 is very problematic when using the “Automatic Import” algorithm. It (sometimes!) reads the root note correctly from the file name but it never reads the velocity correctly so it maps the samples completely wrong velocity-wise. I have a collection of various sample sets that I wanted to import into SM3. They use different naming protocol for the velocity. Some use terms like “v1, v2, v3, …” in their name to indicate the velocity, others …
