raspberry pi – Where is the Runtime Plaform Option in Netbeans 24?

I am following a Tutorial to use Netbeans to code for my Raspberry Pi.

In there is this picture to add a Runtime Platform.

But when i go to the Project Properties it looks like this.

I don’t find anything where this option went or what I can do to add a Runtime Platform

I am using Netbeans 24, and as far as I can tell the Tutorial uses Netbeans 8, so it is clear that stuff can move to somewhere else, but I just cannot find it.
